DIRECTOR ESTRUCTURAL
Civil engineer, master in structures. Andrés has more than 10 years of experience in projects of great magnitude both nationally and internationally, adding more than one million square meters of design, inspection and consultancy in structural engineering. In the region, he has participated in projects in Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, the United States, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.
Braulio Bolaños

Civil engineer with experience in the management of administrative contracting processes, control and execution of construction projects in buildings and large-scale projects. Braulio is characterized by a high degree of commitment to projects, results orientation, as well as a balanced technical vision with a humanistic sense, which translates into high communication skills and team leadership.

Apasionada por la creación y rehabilitación de espacios habitables enfocada en los deseos y necesidades del cliente.
Estudiosa del contexto inmediato del proyecto por medio del diseño participativo y la expresión gráfica, además de ser una mediadora de procesos entre la relación de distintas disciplinas que se involucran.

Ingeniero experimentado en la ejecución de proyectos habitacionales, edificaciones, remodelaciones y obras especializadas. Con un área construida de alrededor de 10.000 m2 y un costo aproximado de $3.000.000,00.Carlos basa su trabajo en una línea de transparencia y responsabilidad para la ejecución óptima de los recursos en el tiempo acordado.
