Civil engineer with a master's in structures. Andrés has over 10 years of experience in large-scale projects, both nationally and internationally, totaling more than one million square meters of design, inspection, and structural engineering consultancy. In the region, he has been involved in projects in Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, the United States, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

Civil engineer with experience in managing administrative contracting processes, control, and execution of construction works in large-scale buildings and projects. Braulio is characterized by a high level of commitment to projects, results-oriented, and possesses a balanced technical vision combined with a humanistic perspective, which translates into strong communication skills and team leadership.

DESIGN DIRECTOR
Passionate about creating and rehabilitating livable spaces, focused on the desires and needs of the client.
Adept at studying the immediate context of the project through participatory design and graphic expression, as well as being a mediator of processes among the various disciplines involved.
Ing. Carlos Rodríguez
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Experienced engineer in the execution of residential projects, buildings, renovations, and specialized works. With a constructed area of approximately 10,000 m² and a cost of around $3,000,000. Carlos bases his work on a commitment to transparency and responsibility for the optimal use of resources within the agreed timeframe.
