The project began with the preliminary design, followed by full plans, permitting, and construction.

The four rental houses include three single-story homes and one two-story house. The single-story homes feature a design with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area sharing a common space, along with two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a room for a small but well-lit office. The two-story house will have the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the ground floor, with the bedrooms, bathrooms, and office located on the upper floor.

Mid-to-high-end finishes.
Water-resistant melamine kitchen cabinets and closets.
Black-framed windows and black tiling.
Light courtyards and ventilation through a skylight monitor on the roof.
